A Fraction of the Whole

The amount of information we must filter and distill on a daily basis can be very distracting. What makes it through and is absorbed by us can become overwhelming and at times destructive.

Being able to discern fact from fiction and knowing when the story presented to us is misleading or false is a principal factor in determining our response. Case in point. We were told that the Covid vaccine was “safe and effective.” We later learned that the vaccine manufacturers hid data revealing that it had more serious side effects and was less efficacious than reported. Those who questioned or disagreed were labeled spreaders of disinformation and dangerous. Had the populace known these later discovered facts, the story might have played out differently.

That’s just one example from current events. What if the on-going narratives presented by the media were controlled? What if we were fed what “they” wanted us to believe? Case in point number two. In the 1950s, the CIA conducted a secret campaign called Operation Mockingbird, which was created to influence the media. The organization recruited leading American journalists into a network to help present the CIA’s views, and funded some student and cultural organizations, and magazines as fronts. But this did not come to light until 1976. Essentially a generation was shaped, at least in part, by the CIA and its agenda.

If the purported news that shapes your beliefs and perspectives can be carefully crafted according to another’s agenda, consider the effects that could be achieved if similar concepts were implemented across an entire culture. Enter Tavistock.

The Tavistock Institute developed the mass brain-washing techniques which were first used experimentally on American prisoners of war in Korea. Its experiments in crowd control methods have been widely used on the American public, a surreptitious but nevertheless outrageous assault on human freedom by modifying individual behavior through topical psychology. Over time, these techniques were employed on American citizens.

Tavistock techniques have a single goal – to break down the psychological strength of the individual. Any technique which helps to break down the family unit and family inculcated principles of religion, honor, patriotism and sexual behavior, is used by the Tavistock scientists as weapons of crowd control.

Where can one turn? If our data inputs are compromised, how can we be discerning? We must look to the truth of Scripture. What we absorb through the culture, news and entertainment must be viewed through a lens of whether it moves us closer or further away from The Most High God.

To do this we must commit ourselves to discovering what the Bible says, and we must look to Jesus, the founder and highest example of our faith, as Scripture tells us.

Will You Risk It All?
Will You Risk It All?

Most believers don’t understand what it means to want the presences and the glory of God so much that they are willing to give up anything to get it. What about you? Will you risk it all for Jesus?
